Restructuring Wirewerks Sales Organization

We are pleased to announce that we are restructuring our Sales Organization to increase our sales coverage, adapt to market demands and continue in our quest to constantly look at better servicing our customers.

Effective March 15, 2016 , our Canadian and USA Field Sales team will report directly to me for all customers and markets excluding MSO and Telco markets. For MSO and Telco markets our Canadian Field Sales team will report to Jim Miller.

In the United States, we have expanded our field sales coverage in the CATV and Telco markets by over 40 states with the addition of four manufacturers Sales Agencies listed below:

These Sales agencies will report directly to Jim Miller, Manager MSO Markets North America.

Microsat – Southeast US

States covered: AL (Alabama), LA (Louisiana), FL (Florida), GA (Georgia), KY (Kentucky), MS (Mississippi), NC (North Carolina), SC (South Carolina), TN (Tennessee)

Microsat is a manufacturers’ representative covering the southeast United States since 1981 specializing in the CATV market.  Microsat has three sales engineers located in Huntsville, AL, Woodstock, GA, and Marietta, GA and two office personnel located in Marietta, GA.

Microsat’ s focus for Wirewerks will be in driving demand / approval and brand awareness at the end user (primarily CATV companies) and CATV contractor level. Microsat’ s 35 years of experience and success complement Wirewerks unparalleled service, commitment in the CATV market resulting in our continuous effort to provide the “best value in the market”.

Precision Products – Northeast US

States covered: RI (Rhode Island), VT (Vermont), NH (New Hampshire), CT (Connecticut), ME (Maine),

NY (New York)

Precision Products is a Manufacturer’s representative sales firm covering New York, and the New England area. Celebrating 20 years of representation for select Manufacturers in the optical communication industry, with a focus on providing technical sales expertise, and customer application driven solutions training. The Precision Products sales team has over 45 years combined experience in fiber optics, in the Datacom, Telecomm, and MSO markets.

Tel Rep Marketing (TRM) – Midwest

States covered: WA (Washington), OR (Oregon), MT (Minnesota), WY (Wyoming), ID (Idaho), CO (Colorado), AZ (Arizona), NM (New Mexico), NE (Nebraska), SD (South Dakota), ND (North Dakota), MN (Minnesota), IA (Iowa), WI (Wisconsin), IL (Illinois), IN (Indiana), MI (Michigan), OH (Ohio)

Founded in 2003, Tel Rep Marketing, Inc. (TRM) has been dedicated to being the best Manufacturer Representative in the Communications Market. By working with industry leaders in manufacturing, TRM strives to provide a customer with a “one stop shop” solution while working in conjunction with the major Telco/CATV/Utility distributors in our market. Their sales team consists of reps with several years of Telecommunications experience, either in sales or as a Telco/CATV employee. This allows TRM to help better understand our customers and how to better serve their needs.

EBR, Inc. – South

States covered: TX (Texas), OK (Oklahoma), AR (Arkansas), MI (Missouri)

Elgin B. Robertson, Inc. (EBR), a Texas corporation was organized in 1928 as a manufacturer’s sales representatives for industries selling to the power utility and industrial electrical markets. In 1975 EBR expanded into the Communications market concentrating in the OSP market segment. As a company, in November 2014, EBR made a strategic decision to separate the broadband (CATV/MSO) market from the communications market. In doing so, EBR has brought on an individual that has strategic market knowledge and experience in the CATV/MSO market.

Our restructuring and increased sales coverage will result in expanded and more concentrated sales presence with customers at the field level in order to better execute our go to market strategies with our channel partners.
